The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Data. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organisation of this Application (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller, may have access to the Data. Legal basis of the processing

The Data Controller may process Personal Data relating to Users if one of the following conditions is met:

Note: In some legislations, the Controller may be allowed to process Personal Data until the User objects to such processing ("opt-out"), without relying on consent or any other of the following legal bases. This does not apply, however, whenever the processing of Personal Data is subject to European data protection law;
  • the provision of the Data is necessary for the performance of a contract with the User and/or for any pre-contractual obligations of the User
  • the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
  • the processing is related to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers vested in the Controller;
  • the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller or of third parties.

In any case, the Controller will be happy to help clarify the specific legal basis that applies to the processing, and in particular whether the provision of Personal Data is a legal or contractual requirement, or a necessary requirement to enter into a contract.

Location

The Data is processed at the Data Controller's business premises and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve the transfer of the User's Data to a country other than their own. Users are also entitled to know the legal basis for transfers of Data to a country outside the European Union or to any international organisation governed by public international law or established by two or more countries, such as the UN, and the security measures taken by the Data Controller to safeguard its Data. Storage time

Personal Data will be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose for which it was collected.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of such contract is completed.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes of legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained as long as necessary to fulfil such purposes. Users can find specific information about the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller.

The Controller may be authorised to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, provided that such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever this is required for the performance of a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after the expiry of the retention period.

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse web traffic and can be used to track User behaviour.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected in order to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google. Google may use the collected Data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its advertising network.

Google Analytics with anonymized IP (Google Ireland Limited)

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected in order to track and examine the use of this Application, compile reports and share them with other services developed by Google. Google may use the collected Data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its advertising network. This Google Analytics integration makes your IP address anonymous. It works by abbreviating the IP addresses of users within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server and abbreviated in the USA.

Contact form (this Application)

The User, by filling out the contact form with his/her Data, consents to the use of such Data to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated by the header of the form.

  • Displaying content from external platforms

This type of service makes it possible to display content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and to interact with them. This type of service may still collect web traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.

Google Fonts is a font display service provided by Google Ireland Limited that allows this Application to embed font content on its pages.

This type of service helps the Controller to manage the tags or scripts required on this Application in a centralised manner. This results in User Data flowing through these services, potentially resulting in the retention of this Data.

Users' rights

Users may exercise certain rights in relation to their Data processed by the Data Controller.

In particular, Users have the right to do the following:
